| 1. Dining Privileges all over Tsim Sha Tsui:

| a. |
Cardholder must accumulate 5 transactions or more at any dining outlets in Tsim Sha Tsui with spending of HK$500 or more per transaction from 16 May to 31 August ("Promotion Period"), 2011 to get an AMC movie ticket (available for any regular priced adult ticket worth HK$75 or below). |
| b. |
The AMC movie ticket offer is applicable to holders of Standard Chartered American Express® Card issued by Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited. |
| c. |
Cardholders who hold a Standard Chartered American Express® Card issued outside of Hong Kong are not eligible for this promotion. |
| d. |
Each cardholder will receive a maximum of one AMC movie ticket during the Promotion Period. |
| e. |
The AMC movie ticket will be posted to the Cardholder’s statement address within ten weeks after the Promotion Period. |
| f. |
Use of the AMC movie ticket is subject to terms and conditions which are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Should any dispute arise, the decision of Edko Films Ltd. shall be final. |

| 2. General Terms and Conditions: |

Payments must be made with the Standard Chartered American Express® Cards. |
| b. |
Offers are applicable to Hong Kong outlets of the respective merchants only. |
| c. |
Unless otherwise specified, offers are applicable to regular-priced items only and not applicable to fixed-priced, discounted, promotional, festive and designated items. |
| d. |
Offers cannot be redeemed for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts or cash coupons. |
| e. |
The offers may subject to additional terms and conditions set out by the merchants. Please call respective merchants for details. |
| f. |
Offers are first-come-first-served and available while stock lasts. Any change of the offer will be subject to the offer availability at the time of patronage. |
| g. |
Participating merchants are solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice offered to Cardholders. American Express International, Inc. is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same. |
| h. |
Cardholders understand and accept that Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”) is not the supplier of the products / services purchased. The Bank shall have no legal liability relating to any aspect of the products / services including, without limitation, their quality and the supply. |
| i. |
Offers shall be terminated immediately upon closure of merchant. |
| j. |
In case of any disputes, Cardholders are required to present the relevant original sales receipts and credit card sale slips for further investigation by the Bank. |
| k. |
The Bank, American Express International, Inc. and respective merchants reserve the right to alter or terminate the offers and amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of the Bank, American Express International, Inc. and respective merchants shall be final. |
| l. |
If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. |
