Offer cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded and
the redeemed item cannot be exchanged. |

Usage of the goods or services is subject to the terms and conditions
stipulated by the participating merchants. Standard Chartered Bank
(Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank") gives no guarantee to the quality
of goods or services and does not accept any responsibility for
any liability arising in conjunction with the use of any goods or
services provided by the participating merchants. |

The Bank and the participating merchants reserve the right to
terminate the Services and amend the terms and conditions at any
time. |
| 6. |
In case of disputes arising out of this promotion, the decision
of the Bank and the participating merchants shall be final. |
| 7. |
If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English
and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English
version shall prevail. |

| Terms and Conditions of Instant Redemption
at Broadway: |
| The 360° Rewards Point Instant Redemption of Cash Discount
(the 'Offer') [points being designated as such by Standard Chartered
Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank") ] will be subject
to the terms and conditions set out below: |

The Offer is only applicable to Standard Chartered
Credit Card, Standard Chartered Gold Card, Standard Chartered Platinum
Credit Card, Standard Chartered Visa Infinite Card, Standard Chartered
Titanium Credit Card, Standard Chartered Shop'n Gain Credit Card,
Standard Chartered Shop'n Gain Platinum Credit Card, SmarTone Smart
Credit Card and ZIX Credit Card under Designated 360° Rewards Points Scheme
(the 'Applicable Cards'), and is not applicable to Standard Chartered
American Express® Card, ESPRIT Smart Credit Card, Standard Chartered
JOS Visa Business Platinum Card and Corporate Card. Promotion period is from now until 31 December 2012. |

The offer is not applicable to credit cards already enrolled
in Standard Chartered Cash Back Program. |
| 3. |
Offer is applicable to both principal and supplementary cardholders,
and their 360° Rewards Points will be grouped together for redemption.
360° Rewards Points of the same card type under same principal cardholder
will be combined for redemption and 360° Rewards Points of Standard Chartered
Credit Card (Classic) and Standard Chartered Gold Card will be combined
for redemption. |
| 4. |
Offer is applicable to on-site redemption at merchant shops.
Advance notification of using the offer is required before the product
purchased. Cardholder needs to sign for acknowledgement upon successful
redemption. |
| 5. |
All outstanding purchase amounts after deduction of the Offer
equivalent amount must be settled by the same credit card used for
the Offer. |
| 6. |
Once the Offer has been processed at participating merchants,
360° Rewards Points will be deducted instantly from the account of presented
card. If the card account does not have sufficient 360° Rewards Points
for the Offer, Bank system will automatically deduct points from
other Applicable Cards account(s) in same card type under the same
cardholder with the sequence starting from account of smaller card
number. |
| 7. |
The Bank's acceptance of the Offer will be subject to the relevant
Applicable Card account(s) being valid and in good standing and
there having been no breach by the Cardholder (whether Principal
or Supplementary) of any of his/her obligations under the applicable
Credit Card Cardholder Agreement or Credit Card Terms (if applicable)
with the Bank. |

| The Bank reserves the right at any time to give notice
to vary these terms and conditions. In the event of any discrepancies
between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions,
the English version shall prevail. |
