| Terms and Conditions for Standard Chartered Credit Card “Reward Lucky Draw” (“Promotion”): |

The Promotion is applicable to Standard Chartered Credit Card, Standard Chartered Gold Card, Standard Chartered Platinum Credit Card, Standard Chartered American Express® Card, Standard Chartered Shop'n Gain Credit Card, SmarTone Smart Credit Card and ZIX Credit Card (“Applicable Credit Card”), which are issued by Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (“the Bank”), and not applicable to ESPRIT Smart Credit Card, Corporate Card and the Credit Card already enrolled Standard Chartered Cash Back Program. |

The Promotion is valid from 1 August 2008 to 30 September 2008 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”). |

During the Promotion Period, cardholders will be entitled to one entry to the lucky draw by redeem 800 valid bonus points (“Valid Bonus Points”). |

During the Promotion Period, cardholders are required to call the 24-hour Standard Chartered “Reward Lucky Draw” Registration Hotline 2209 5556 anytime between 9:00am of 1 August 2008 and 11:00pm of 30 September 2008. Cardholders are also required to input the Applicable Credit Card account number, number of lucky draw entry and contact number in order to enter the draw. Once a draw is conducted, all record of transaction information cannot be cancelled, altered or reversed. |

The Bank will verify the validity of bonus points against the computer record as of 30 September 2008 to confirm cardholders' eligibility under the Promotion and deduction of bonus points will be arranged accordingly. If a cardholder does not have sufficient number of bonus points to enter the draw, the registration will be deemed cancelled disregard whether the prize is confirmed. The cancellation of registration will be counted from the latest registration and so on. Cardholders will be notified of the cancellation accordingly. |

The prize will be drawn by computer randomly; the draw result and reference number will be announced instantly at the completion of the lucky draw. However, it is not a confirmation of entitlement of the prize which is subject to verification of validity of the entry. |

There is no limit on the number of draws per cardholder. |

Once Valid Bonus Points and the related credit card account information are verified and confirmed to be eligible for the prize, a redemption letter of product prize will be sent to cardholders within 6 weeks from the end date of Promotion Period. Details of the redemption procedures will be described in the redemption letter. And the cash prize will be credited to the Applicable Credit Card account directly on or before 15 November 2008 and the amount will be shown in the monthly statement. |

The Bank is not the supplier of any products offered to cardholders and will not accept contractual, torts or any other kind of liability in respect of any products supplied by third party merchants. All representations and warranties relating to quality, design, specifications or otherwise set out in this Promotion in respect of such offers are made by the respective merchants. Accordingly, the Bank will not be responsible or liable for any death, injury, damage or loss suffered by any cardholder or any third party or any of their property which is caused directly or indirectly by any of the product provided to cardholders. Products are not returnable unless the product suffers from any manufacturing defect or is damaged upon delivery/collection. Please call 2886 4111 within 7 days of receipt to arrange for return/replacement if necessary. |

To be eligible for the prize, the Applicable Credit Card account must be valid and in good financial standing at the time of crediting the cash prize; otherwise the prize will be forfeited. The cash prize cannot be drawn as cash advance, is not exchangeable, non-transferable and cannot offset credit card payment. |

The Bank reserves the right to alter or terminate this Promotion and amend the terms and conditions thereof at any time. In case of disputes, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive. |
12. |
If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. |
