Tax Loan
The Bank has appointed RBC Dexia Trust Services Hong Kong Limited to be the independent Trustee to oversee our MPF products. The main duties of the trustee for Standard Chartered MPF Plans are:
- to provide for the safe custody of trust assets
- to provide for the safe custody of trust assets
- to monitor legislative changes and evaluate their effects on the Master Trusts
- to fulfil the fiduciary duties to MPF participants
- to ensure MPF compliance and to monitor investment restrictions
- to administrate the fund
- to conduct valuations of fund assets
- to prepare accounts and to audit reports
