Remarks:

"Same Day Fund Disbursement" is only applicable to Personal Instalment Loans – Wedding Programme Customers. Customers are required to apply in person at the Credit Cards & Personal Loan Centre located at Mongkok and Tsuen Wan and submit all the required documents and information on or before 3 pm on the same application date.

The Annualized Percentage Rate ("APR") is 5.14% (based on the loan amount of HK$500,000 and loan tenor of 12 months.)

Standard Chartered Personal Instalment Loan - Wedding Programme Terms and Conditions:

1.	Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (“the Bank”) reserves the right of final approval of this application and is under no obligation to provide reasons. The Bank also reserves the right to determine the final interest rate, loan amount and offers offered.
2.	Total loan amount drawdown will be subject to a 1% per annum handling fee. The Bank will deduct the handling charge from the final approved loan amount.
3.	The Bank reserves the right to alter or terminate the offer and amend the contents or terms and conditions of this promotional leaflet at any time.
4.	In case of any dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final.

The prevailing pricing is offered to you based on the credit assessment upon your loan approval. The Bank has the right to modify your pricing with 30 days advance notice based on the credit assessment from time to time including, but not only limited to, your repayment record, credit bureau grading and the Bank’s prevailing credit policy. Besides 30 days advance notice, the Bank will attempt to do this with minimal change in your instalment amount.
