A) General Terms & Conditions:
| 1. | Loan-to-Value Ratio of Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (“the Bank”) Mortgage Insurance Programme (“MIP”) is upto 95% of purchase price or valuation (whichever is lower) of the property. For MIP with Cash-out, the Loan-to-Value Ratio is upto 85% of purchase price or valuation (whichever is lower) of the property. For other parts of terms and conditions, please refer to the Application for SCBHK Mortgage Insurance Programme and its relevant documents. |
| 2. | The Bank reserves the right to terminate the above offers or alter any of the above terms and conditions at any time. In case of disputes, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive. |
| 3. | In cash of discrepancies between the English version and its Chinese translation, the English version shall prevail. |
