Application Details

- Prime Rate (P), Hong Kong Interbank Offered Rate (HIBOR) or Standard Chartered Fixed Rate as interest base for selection
Terms and Conditions for Standard Chartered Investment Mortgage Insurance Programme:
- Standard Chartered Investment Mortgage Insurance Programme (the "Plan") will only be offered to the customers who submit the mortgage loan application on or after 2nd May, 2007 (the "Effective Date").
- Only customer who applies his/her mortgage loan after the Effective Date and subsequently draw down the loan will be eligible to join the Plan ("Eligible Customer").
- If no Preliminary or Formal Agreement of Sales and Purchase is submitted, the Pre-approval Loan Application Service will be granted as an approval-in-principle. Any premium paid will not be refunded.
- Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited ("the Bank") reserves the right to terminate the plan or alter any of the above terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the approval and the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.
- In case of discrepancies between the English version and its Chinese translation, the English version shall prevail.
