Features

		Daily Cash Benefit: Up to HK$1,000 per day for hospital confinement. The maximum period covered for each disability is 750 days^ anywhere in the world except China where the maximum period is 30 days. The maximum cover limit is HK$750,000.
		Double Daily Cash Benefit: The Daily Cash Benefit will be doubled up to HK$2,000 for a maximum period of 100 days anywhere in the world except China where the maximum period is 30 days^, in case of confinement in the intensive care unit of a hospital, major organ transplant, hospitalisation resulting from public transport accident or major burns.
		Surgical Expenses Benefit: Up to HK$20,000 (with a low excess of HK$1,000) is payable when the Insured Person is required to undergo a surgical operation.
		Infectious Disease Cash Benefit: HK$20,000 is payable when the Insured person is confined in hospital and is certified being contracted with any of the 18 specified infectious diseases such as SARS, Dengue Fever and Japanese Encephalitis.
		Accidental Death Benefit: A lump sum of HK$200,000 is provided in the event of accidental death.
		No Health Declaration and Body Check: No health declaration and body check is required.

	^	Up to 30 days for hospitalisation in mainland China.

Hospital confinement due to contracted with any of the 18 infectious diseases listed in the policy included: 1) Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome 2) Dengue Fever 3) Japanese Encephalitis 4) Variant Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease (Human Mad Cow Disease) 5) Legionnaires’ Disease 6) Amoebic Dysentery 7) Cholera 8) Malaria 9) Measles 10) Tetanus 11) Anthrax 12) Leprosy 13) Rabies (Human) 14) Diphtheria 15) Acute Poliomyelitis 16) Yellow Fever 17) Plague 18) Scarlet Fever.

Remarks:

1.	Children aged between 6 months to 17 years old must be enrolled with their parent(s) and the benefit amount will be half of the limit as described in the Schedule.
2.	Age group of 60 to 64 is applicable for renewal only.
3.	Premium will be adjusted when the Insured Persons enter the next age group according to the Premium Table.
4.	If Insured Persons and their family (spouse or unmarried children) insured this plan together, each person can enjoy extra 10% premium discount.

Major Exclusions

		This plan does not cover any claim arising from actor, entertainer, stunt person, aircrew member,staff of casino, other gambling establishments, police, armed forces personnel, staff of nightclubs,saunas, massage parlours or construction workers, interior decoration workers.
		Pre-existing conditions, illness occurred within 30 days from the policy effective date, routinecheck-ups, vaccinations, cosmetic surgery, dental treatment, convalescent care, pregnancy, childbirth or miscarriage, cogenital and hereditary conditions, mental or psychiatric disorders, participation in hazardous sports or pastime.
