The company must provide the Bank with a copy of Certificate of Registration issued by Trade Marks Registry Intellectual Property Department and the registration should be valid for at least 4 years from the submission date of Business Card application. |
| 3. | The company logo printed on the Business Card is 18mm (width) x 10mm (height) and is in black colour. |

Remarks:
| 1. | Bonus Points will be converted into cash rebate amount ("Cash Rebate amount") equivalent to 0.4% of the total Bonus Points earned (i.e. every 250 bonus points = HK$1). The Cash Rebate amount will be automatically credited to the Card Account every quarter. |
