^	The application of Standard Chartered Credit Card "Instalment Credit" Program is subject to the Bank's approval and the current status of the respective account. The availability of preferential monthly handling fee is personalized and subject to respective account status checking. The monthly handling fee of 0.25% of the original "Instalment Credit" amount is an example. The Annualized Percentage Rate ("APR") of 0% interest is as low as 6.01%. The lowest APR is including the application fee of HK$200 (calculated based on an “Instalment Credit” amount of HK$100,000 and repayment period of 24 months.) APRs are calculated according to the Net Present Value Method as specified in the <<Code of Banking Practice>> and are for reference only.
#	The Bank will have a designated staff to follow up with the customer one to two working days after receiving the SMS. Individual telephone network provider will charge for the SMS in accordance with their policies.

Remarks:
a.	The final "Instalment Credit" amount is subject to the current status of the respective account and Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited ("the Bank") has the sole discretion to determine the "Instalment Credit" amount. If Cardholders do not have sufficient credit limit, the Bank may increase the credit limit and / or transfer the available credit limit from Cardholder’s other valid credit cards to the designated Standard Chartered Credit Card subject to current status checking of respective accounts. The minimum "Instalment Credit" amount should be in the multiple of HK$100, and the minimum line transfer amount should be in the multiple of HK$1,000. Regardless of the approval status of the “Instalment Credit” application, the respective credit limit of credit card cannot be resumed automatically to its original credit limit upon confirmation. The approved "Instalment Credit" amount cannot be used for the repayment of the credit card outstanding balance of Standard Chartered Credit Card or MANHATTAN Credit Card ("Card Outstanding Balance"). If the "Instalment Credit" amount is used to repay the Card Outstanding Balance, the Bank reserves the right to terminate the promotional offer and the "Instalment Credit" amount would be treated as Cash Advance. b.	Your designated bank may deduct a nominal fee according to its charges for local telegraphic transfer from your account (except Standard Chartered account).
c.	The prescribed application processing time is only applicable to Standard Chartered account. If the "Instalment Credit" amount is credited to other bank account, it will take approximately 3-6 working days.
d.	Instalment Period of 24 months, 36 months and 48 months are available for selection. For the Annualized Percentage Rate ("APR"s) of 24 months, 36 months and 48 months monthly interest rate, please call 183 6336 for enquiry.
e.	During the Instalment Period, if Cardholder chooses to repay the remaining "Instalment Credit" amount in full at any time prior to the original Instalment Period, or if the designated Standard Chartered Credit Card Account participating in the Program is cancelled due to whatever reason, the total remaining "Instalment Credit" amount and handling fee will be immediately due and payable. An administration fee equivalent to 1% of the original "Instalment Credit" amount (the amount which the Cardholder withdrew upon successful application of the Program) or HK$300, whichever is higher, will be charged directly to the designated Standard Chartered Credit Card Account.
