Online Banking Security - Fraudulent Email and Website Alert
Please be aware of suspicious emails and websites that attempts to get your banking information from you. Our Bank does not request customers’ sensitive account information (including user names and passwords) by emails. Passwords, such as One-Time passwords, are also never requested by our Bank by phone. In addition, you should only log into Standard Chartered Online Banking through www.standardchartered.com.hk and not through hyperlinks embedded in emails or third party websites.
