Simplified ATM service

Standard Chartered is now offering a simplified ATM service via all of our ATMs to cater for your diverse needs.

Features of the simplified ATM service:

2 functions are available: cash withdrawal and change of Personal Identity Number (PIN)
On-screen language is in Chinese, together with some graphical instruction for easy understanding
Minimum cash withdrawal amount is as low as HKD100 per transaction

Privilege to Senior Customers:

Customer aged 65 or above applying the designated ATM card with this service can enjoy perpetual annual fee waiver of the ATM card.
