Security Tips:
- Be wary of fraudulent, suspicious or unsolicited emails and websites that may mislead you into revealing your sensitive account information (e.g. login ID, password and other confidential account or credit card information). Our Bank or our agents / business partners will never ask you for your sensitive account information by email. You should not access our online banking services through hyperlinks embedded in emails or third party websites.
- Before accessing our online banking services, make sure the website you access is genuine. Double click the ¡§padlock¡¨ icon at the bottom right corner of your browser to show the digital certificate confirming the authenticity of the site (check information such as the issuer and validity period of the certificate).

You should not choose passwords that are easily identifiable. In particular, passwords should not incorporate such information as your birthday, telephone number, login ID or recognizable part of your name. You should avoid using the same password for accessing other services (e.g. email account, ISP, third party website, etc). You must never disclose your passwords to anyone. You should also change your passwords regularly.
- You should protect your computer from viruses and malicious programs by running anti-virus software, anti-spyware software and personal firewall software. You should also update such software and apply security patches regularly.
